How to Find Relationship Manager in State Bank of India

State Bank of India (SBI) provides dedicated relationship managers to its high net worth customers. The job of a relationship manager is to provide personalised banking services to the customer for all his/her banking needs. The relationship managers of SBI also provide doorstep banking services such as pickup and delivery of documents from the doorsteps of the customers, thereby eliminating the need for physical visits to the branch on the part of the customers. No extra charges are levied by the bank for a relationship manager.

Benefits such as relationship manager depends upon the customer categorisation followed by SBI. For instance, a customer in the diamond category has an average quarterly balance ranging between Rs. 1 lakhs and Rs. 2 lakhs and is eligible for multiple benefits including relationship manager. The customer category is assessed on a half yearly basis and benefits can be upgraded or downgraded accordingly.
