How to Find Relationship Manager in State Bank of India

State Bank of India (SBI) provides dedicated relationship managers to its high net worth customers. The job of a relationship manager is to provide personalised banking services to the customer for all his/her banking needs. No extra charges are levied by the bank for a relationship manager.

Benefits such as relationship manager depends upon the customer categorisation followed by SBI. For instance, a customer in the diamond category has an average quarterly balance ranging between Rs. 1 lakhs and Rs. 2 lakhs and is eligible for multiple benefits including relationship manager. The customer category is assessed on a half yearly basis and benefits can be upgraded or downgraded accordingly.
