1. Internet Banking

The first step is getting your Axis Bank account registered for net banking. To this end, you need to visit the official website of Axis Bank and complete the registration process. It is imperative to ensure that your mobile number and email address registered with the bank are active.

You are first required to enter your customer ID or registered mobile number. The customer ID is printed on both the cheque book and welcome letter. The customer ID can also be obtained by sending an SMS CUSTID to 56161600. After submitting the above mentioned details, you get multiple options to proceed such as Debit Card, KYC, OTP and Email link. Simply choose an option and enter the relevant details.

Set your password to complete the registration process. There are four options to log in to your account which are Customer ID/Login ID and Password, Debit Card Number/ATM PIN/OTP, Customer ID and mPIN and Registered Mobile Number/mPIN/OTP.

Once you have registered for Axis Bank net banking services, simply login to your net banking account and click on “Know Your RM” option to get the details of your relationship manager.

2. Mobile Application

Download the Axis Bank mobile application from Play Store for Android devices and Apple App Store for iOS devices. In order to register on the mobile app, it must be ensured that the smartphone carries the SIM of your registered mobile number.

Once the app is installed on your smartphone, click on Login and allow the app to access certain functions such as SMS and call of your phone. An SMS is sent automatically from your mobile phone to confirm the details. Thereafter, choose your customer ID, enter your name and accept the terms and conditions.

Set a 6 digit mPIN of your choice. The next step is authentication using multiple methods such as via OTP sent to registered mobile number and email address, debit card details and login ID and password of your net banking account. Once the authentication process is complete, you are required to enter your mPIN to complete the registration process.

To view the details of your relationship manager, simply access your Axis Bank mobile app using your mPIN and click on RM tab.

3. SMS service

You can get your RM details by sending an SMS “BURGUNDYRM” to 56161600 from your registered mobile number.
